Timelinev0.1 → v1.1
June 2022 – now

Timeline

  1. 001v0.1June 2022

    High school graduation

Graduated Kent-Meridian set on medicine, after years of volunteering at hospitals and teaching kids martial arts.

  2. 002v0.2Sep 2022

    Started NYU as pre-med

Arrived at NYU on the pre-health track, aiming for pediatrics. Chose it because it was the farthest thing from comfortable.

  3. 003v0.32023–24

    Changed majors

An intro CS class pulled me back to engineering and math. Same goal of helping people, a new way to do it.

  4. 004v0.4June 2023 – present

    Front end at a startup

Built ReuMo's website part time while teaching myself HTML, CSS, and JS. The team won a $20,000 VentureWell award.

  5. 005v0.5Summer 2024

Part time at a new bakery

Front of house lead at a brand-new Paris Baguette, part time. Launch month taught me that running a store is running people.

  6. 006v0.6Aug – Dec 2024

    Studied abroad

A semester at NYU Madrid: another culture, another city, and a different sense of how people spend time and work.

  7. 007v0.7May 2025 – Feb 2026

    Balanced jobs with school

Served at Fer and OBAO while carrying a full course load: full-time work and full-time school at once.

  8. 008v0.82025–26

    Added a math minor

Added a minor in mathematics to my degree.

  9. 009v0.9Sep 2025 –

    Learned software engineering

Shipped PolyPaper with a team of five, CI/CD on every commit. Started Momentum, the prototype of Minced.

  10. 010v1.0May 2026

    Graduated

Graduated NYU: B.A. in Economics and Computer Science, minor in Mathematics.

  11. 011v1.12026 –

    Now

Back in the Pacific Northwest, building Minced. Open to full-stack, product, and design engineering roles.

Thanks for reading.

I'm looking for full-stack roles, and I'm just as excited by product and design engineering: teams where how something feels matters as much as how it works.

I'm in Seattle for now, and I'd love to travel anywhere for work.

How it's made

How this notebook was built

This notebook is a Next.js site in TypeScript and Tailwind. Every version is one MDX file: the facts page renders from its frontmatter, the story from its body.

The page curl is mine, not a library. Drag a corner and the fold is the perpendicular bisector between where the corner started and where your pointer is. The page is clipped along that line, and the flap is the same page reflected across it. The text stays real, selectable DOM.

Wheel, drag, keys and clicks all write one shared progress value, from 0 to 1.

a fold is a bisector
